3. Services

Lumira provides AI software development services, including consultation, custom solutions, integration, and maintenance. Service details are defined in individual agreements.

3.1 Access and Delivery

Service commencement occurs upon full payment and signing of a statement of work. Delivery milestones and timelines are specified in that document.

4. Info Products

Info products include digital training materials, tutorials, and documentation. Access is granted upon purchase and remains available under your account credentials.

5. Goods

Goods offered through Lumira include branded merchandise and hardware components. Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment. Shipping methods and costs are detailed at checkout.

6. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in advance of service start or product shipment. Payment methods are specified in the invoice.

7. Refund Policy

• Services: Services are refundable if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the agreed start date. Approved refunds are reimbursed via the original payment method within 14 days. Transfers of scheduled service slots may be arranged by mutual agreement.
  Custom development projects are nonrefundable due to resource allocation and planning.
• Info Products: Digital info products are eligible for refund requests within 14 days of purchase provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Approved refunds are reimbursed via the original payment method within 10 days. Transfers are not permitted.
• Goods: Physical goods may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, approved reimbursements are issued via the original payment method within 14 days. Exchanges for identical items are available subject to stock.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided remain the property of Lumira unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumira is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of services or products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

11. Changes to Terms

Lumira may update these Terms by posting a new version at lumiraio.com. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
